SUNDAY, MARCH 1, 2020 - ALIEN CONTACT AND EXCHANGE

FROM MARY BARR, CERTIFIED HYPNOTHERAPIST

CONVERSATIONS WITH THE ZETAS. EXCERPTS FROM ALIEN GAME CHANGER AT: http://bit.lalien game changer.

GREAT CARE IS TAKEN IN ZETA SOCIETY TO CREATE UPLIFTING ATMOSPHERES IN SOCIAL SITUATIONS. HOMES ARE DESIGNED TO ENHANCE SIGHTS, SOUNDS, SMELLS, LIGHTING, TEMPERATURE, ETC.  HAN ADMITS THAT ZETAS CAN HAVE DARK MOODS THAT MAY AFFECT OTHERS. EVERY EFFORT IS MADE TO KEEP GUESTS IN A GOOD MOOD.ECAUSE MOOD SO EASILY PERMEATES THE MINDS OF EACH GUEST.

(Continued conversation about home life of Zetas and their preparations to receive guests:)

Are you saying that the rooms in your home read and make adjustments for your guests?

The room is reading the participants in the room. Often there are presets. The host can help influence the thoughts by selections of certain colors. If some of the guests are in a dark mood, the programming of the room can be prearranged to ease those thoughts to make it a more comfortable and appealing environment. The  room  can  be  proactive  in  creating  a positive experience so that a black mood does not permeate the space and affect the other guests.

Yes. I can see how a black mood could easily permeate the space. (Therapist was surprised by this reference to dark or black moods.)

Yet there is a healthy mental perspective that, in the programming of these structures, we anticipated and have made appropriate corrections for potential dark moods. These are details that are built into our structures for interacting with our society. It is  not to create a kind of artificial reality, but to reflect reality and put it in a positive light.

Have you experimented with something akin to stained glass to reflect various colors?

The glass tends to be virtually nonexistence. It is more like a force field, but the house or dwelling can create windows that can change in color and in visual tones to appear as stained glass, for example.

It can throw the colors into the room in shafts of light?

Yes. There are also skylights. These dwellings are often sliced into the hillside. They blend in with a large swathe of windows. The tops of the windows are hills of green grass. There are also openings for natural skylights and ventilation. These can be very appealing. Natural light is important to us for our physical health, as well as our mental health.

Do you also have a strong need to be in sunlight?

Yes. This is for our emotional health, as well as physical health, and our need for elements, vitamins from the sunlight.

Vitamin D?

Yes. This is important to us, too. The artificial light does not provide these. It comes from our stars, which we orbit, and they provide a bath of light.

We have recently discovered that the Vitamin D from sunlight is critical to activating many enzyme-based reactions in our bodies. Our use of sunscreen has actually created a shortage of this vitamin.

We have adapted out bodies to the atmosphere. Most harmful rays are filtered out, much like your ozone layer. You do have an ozone layer. This not uncommon. The ozone and similar elements, which provide filters, fracture the rays and disperse most of them harmlessly. We also have ozone. This is a natural part of many planets, particularly ones with life, at least the humanoid type of life to which we are accustomed. We both share the effects of sunlight in activating enzymes and mineral reactions that help us to have healthy, long lives.
