Therapist:  Are we human beings a kind of genetic alphabet soup with lots of junk DNA?

Zetan:  Do you have junk DNA?  If that is so, then we also have junk DNA for  we are not genetically dissimilar from each other in many ways.  Part of the amalgamation of evolution and adaptation is a normal process.  Any junk DNA is the foundation on which we have achieved this point in time where we are genetically at this moment.  Certain key genes often get more attention than others do as evolution develops, as we continue to strive forward.  It is the same for both your species and ours. This is a natural process.  No gene is debased.  It is just not being utilized at the moment.  Just like the genes for hands are active, other parts remain passive for the moment, while other parts develop. Does that answer your question?

Therapist:  Yes.  I thought perhaps that such a variety of unused DNA also provides potential for quick adaption in the event of an environmental change.

Zetan:  Just as your species often stores body fat as a survival function so does a surplus of DNA exist for adaptation as needed.  You may view them as spare parts for adjusting to future conditions. In a way, no DNA is wasted or is junk.  It is just in reserve, as building blocks stored away if needed at the appropriate time for evolutionary progress.  It makes a species successful, along with its intellect, in adapting to new conditions.  You are a vulnerable species, prone to external influences and adaptations.  That is partially why we are here to protect you from outside influences that may have other plans that are more selfish, and not helpful to your species.

Therapist:  Has what we would call a "grey" ever been autopsied on this planet?

Zetan:  Yes.  Early on, during the events in New Mexico, an opportunity existed for that, but other human hoaxes have clouded a clear picture of the situation.

Therapist:  Are there an infinite number of dimensions?

Zetan:  There are more than we possibly realize, but infinite is an ambiguous term.  It might be true, but there are more than humans realize, and there may be more than even we realize.

Therapist:  How many branches gave rise to the human species?

Zetan:  The best we can tell is that there were six branches.  Some were not successful.  Others endured longer, and two or three merged into one main species, forming the current Homo sapiens that we know today.

Ongoing telepathic contact with beings from Zeta Reticuli II.

Therapist:  We understand different types of entities have, on occasion, either crashed here on earth or debarked from here and that some were held captive.  Can you tell me how long the longest survival time was for these beings?

Zetan:  We observed a life signal, in the sense of a live spirit, for several years. It, too, withered like a vine. We could have interceded at any time and brought them (beings from Zeta Reticuli) back, but it was necessary to understand all we could.  To initiate contact, the crash was staged.  It was partly an intentionally staged event.  This was done to watch the reactions of humans and to learn all we could.  The entities who died were prepared to accept hat consequence.  It was sad that it had to be this way.  We are more careful in preventing cultural contamination that might affect your species.  Contact is now more controlled.  The exchange of entities and humans was a later experiment (Serpo Project) that also was only partially successful.

An evolution of change was made to adapt to the situation.  This was to make access to you possible.  We were interested in your nuclear energy and its possible uses in your society.  We recognized its great benefits and pitfalls, and we wished to help in monitoring and perhaps preventing mistakes that we made millions of years earlier.  The crash that occurred is not a common occurrence.  We take care to prevent such events, but we are also mortal, and, as such, we are vulnerable to mortal tendencies.  It was an unfortunate "accident" and one of several in our ongoing exploration of your world.

Ongoing contact with Zeta Reticuli beings:

Therapist:  How do you feel your spirituality?

Zetan:  Spirituality is an acknowledgement of something beyond us that is beneficial for well-being.  In a community of beings there are others in the same meditative focus.  It is strange to describe. When we look at humans, compared to entities like ourselves, we feel our consciousness has a sense of peace and higher purpose.  The feeling we have is extended telepathically between us and it provides a sense of great spiritual being and meaningfulness.  It is a belonging with each other and the higher being with whom we are in contact.  It is this way with us.  Our ability to telepathically communicate with each other enhances the experience.

Therapist:  As you know, Steve mentioned you came in like a wave of energy.  A being from the Pleiades described how they see human beings, that is, they view us as waves of energy instead of particles of energy. Is this how you see us?

Zetan:  It is both material and immaterial, particle and wave.  The wave is the most beautiful expression for the radiated energy that ties us together, radiating from all human beings.  It is not so much a material thing as an ethereal form.  It is like a song, a song for each, in harmony with all that makes life bearable and beautiful.  It is a beautiful thing.  This is what happens.

Therapist:  What does mathematics have to do with the Universe and creation?

Zetan:  Everything can be described in terms of mathematics.  We still have things we do not know.  What you see as chaos is is just a situation where you do not know all the formulas, yet.  Do not think of black holes as simply devouring holes.  Think of them as "wombs" in which life, in its elemental form, is being created.  They provide a center to create and sustain every galaxy.  Technology is a tool we take with us as w travel through time and space. You could describe your Universe as a mathematical model, but there is much more.  Math is a universal language everywhere.

Zetan:  Ah, what better way to communicate! Yes, we do enjoy music, although it is different from your concept and experience of music.

Therapist:  Does your species value emotion?

Zetan:  We, as a species, have evolved to minimize emotions.  We learn from humans about emotions and their usefulness in life.

Therapist:  As you may be aware, I have been working with individuals who believe that they have made contacted, usually against their wills.  My primary concern is their emotional and psychological resilience and well-being.  Would you care to offer some advice that I may use to help them understand and cope with their trauma?

Zetan:  Many of these contacts are made by beings who are performing unethical procedures that we do not condone.  Part of our presence here is to monitor the activities of these other beings who often, for both selfish and unselfish reasons, exploit human physical qualities. Many of them (abductors) do not care (about) humans because of their own selfish needs.  They often traumatize.  Much energy is wasted in calming abductees.  The context of these contacts is often not appropriate.

Therapist:  Is time a moot point when considering the "big bang?"  What caused the "big bang?"

Zetan:  Time did not disappear at the point of the big bang.  It continues to exist always, including in the other universes.  The "big bang" occurred because the membranes of two universes bumped up against each other, and this caused the "big bang."

Therapist:  I invite you to share with us the relationship that your species has with animals.

Zetan:  We are a form of animal, as are all living things.  It is not the context that humans often place on the word "animal."  We are a higher being much beyond our material self at a spiritual and intellectual level that has advanced.  We have joined into the community of sentient beings and (it is) a delightful place.

Therapist:  What can you tell us about crop circles?

Zetan:  Most of them are not of our making.  We enjoy using the English countryside.  We are often imitated. Our purpose is to show humans that they are not alone in the Universe.  It is not the complex symbols, but the statement itself that is our meaning.  Crop circles are the maze "maize" of the mind (a little humor).  We love to dazzle you with symmetry and to say hello.

Therapist:  In the United States, individualism is admired and helps to promote creativity.  How do you view the concept of individualism?

Zetan:  We see your need for individualism as being tied to fear of death, the human ego, and your inability to have real trust that allows interdependent living.  Our species does not have the same kind of ego. However, we often feel the need for individuality to some (lesser) extent.

Zetan:  To some extent, but not very far.

Therapist:  What is your home planet like?

Zetan:  It has two suns, one farther away (Zeta Reticuli).  On our planet there is a purpose for everyone -- all interconnected in spirit.   There are oceans.  We also evolved from the oceans.  There are many animals. We have animals that fly, live on the land, and in the oceans.  As with you, salinity is part of our metabolism and other growing things, too.  Our planet almost suffered extinction, but we stabilized our planet.

REPOSTING May 20, 2014 (readability improved)

Therapist:  The next question has to do with a medical/social issue that we have not been able to solve.  It is the problem of addiction, specifically, drug addiction.  We consider illicit drug sales to be crimes.  The criminal elements (drug sales) are driven by profit.  How can we, as a nation, effectively help those who are addicted and, stop the cycle of crime?

Zetan:  Your population’s addiction concern is a very deeply rooted social problem.  It is dangerous, particularly from our viewpoint, where the importance for clarity of mind and rational thought connected by our telepathic abilities, puts such quality of life issues at a high premium.  In our society, the foolish individual indulgence of one can, to a large extent, affect the broader population.  Someone, affected by toxic chemicals or mental illness, would have a farther-reaching effect on the community of mind we enjoy that characterizes our species. Coming from such a viewpoint, drug abuse would be a great concern.  It is exploitation by those who create profits for themselves on the weaknesses of others.  The problem of drug addiction needs to be treated in a medical context, not a legal one.  Your legal efforts, for the most part, have failed.  The illegalization of certain drugs is very expensive in attempting to hold back a flood of problems. 

The solution is to make these illegal substances freely available. This would devalue them to nothing.  By making them available to all, this will destroy any profit motive and make treatment for these social diseases more freely available for curing/eliminating the desire or motive to use such substances in the future.  This practice would eliminate the misconceptions of illicit drugs being a benefit.  They will only be seen as a liability.

I scan Steve’s mind and I notice that his parents would often serve wine to him and his sisters at a young age.  This is part of their social structure from Steve’s father who came from where this was not considered improper.  The wine that was served was often diluted with water.  This created, in his social unit, a  learned  social  pattern  where  consumption  of  such

wines was not a form of escape.  When it is freely available, there is no desire to abuse it.  It is, again, a strange psychological manifestation in humans, manifested as rebellion and underscoring the illusion that, if a known quantity is good than a larger quantity should be better.  The debilitating effects are forgotten and the physiological trap closes.

Zetan:  It is an energy that we can see, but you cannot.  You need to understand how much you touch your environment, even with thought.  Processes for thought work much faster than you can imagine.

Therapist:  What is on the reverse side or our moon?

Zetan: It is like two moons.  The other side is more topographically complex.  We park there.  We can pass through solid objects and go underground so you cannot see our ships there, unless we want you to see them.

Therapist:  Are there Universal Laws?



Han:  Yes.



Is there one that prohibits one species from becoming so abundant that it overruns another?



Self-regulation.  We maintain our population by regulating procreation.

While Steve Reichmuth was a deep state of hypnosis, the therapist asked, "Are there any non-earth beings who are willing to make contact?" 

Alien:  I am here.

Therapist:  Who are you?

Alien:  You may call me Han.

Therapist:  Where are you from?

Han:  Zeta Reticuli.

Startled, the therapist asks the contact, "What is your agenda?"

Han:  To make contact.

Taken aback, the therapist paused and then decided to investigate this entity by testing his knowledge and asked if he would answer some questions.

Han:  Yes.
