FASCINATING MATERIAL:  ZETA PERSPECTIVE ON DR. JOHN MACK'S LIFE AND DEATH, ZETA PERSPECTIVE ON REINCARNATION

Therapist:  I suspect, from what you have been telling me, human souls and the souls of other species will be able to interact, especially since you know Dr. Mack’s soul.

Zetas:  Yes. ‘The Courageous One’ is what we call him. He was brave, among his peers, in seeing clearly and understanding early, that what he was seeing was entirely new in the context of the educational institutions of which he was a part. He stood out from the rest. He declared that there was a mystery to be explored and this was a great doorway for exploration if humans take note of the abduction phenomenon. This applied in the context of 'visitors' in general, too, whether their intent is malevolent or benevolent. He drew attention to this. We call him the 'Courageous One.'

Therapist:  It took his unusual credentials, really, to give him the ability to be published and to be heard.

Zetas:  He was a beautiful human being who could see beyond the problem and could take into account a possibility of other realities, which are commonplace to us. He was a Columbus in your culture, to use a term. Because of his status among his peers, he was a controversial and brave soul, and we were saddened at his untimely loss.

Therapist:  Was his death an accident?

 Zetas:  Yes. Dr. Mack was known to us and, he was an ‘absent minded professor.’ He was deep in thought, often oblivious to the goings on around him of the normal paces of life, such as your dangerous automobile traffic.

Therapist:  That I certainly understand.

Zetas:  It was a tragic accident. It was not premeditated.

Therapist:  I only met him for a few moments. Of course, he was very cordial. What I picked up from him was his being deep in thought, but also having a sense of sadness.

Zetas:  His sadness was partly because he knew he was only embarking at the beginning of something and he knew he had much left to understand. Dr. Mack knew his journey of discovery, if the correct path, was not an easy one. Is this not always the case? In human terms, his life did not afford him the time to understand more. His academic position allowed him great freedom to explore these new avenues. The beauty among his many skills was expressed particularly with compassion for the abductees, as well as for your children, as in the case in Africa where a species visited a school. He was a beneficial contributor in making visitor contact more comfortable for humans. He created reassurance and understanding for these contactees. I hope my thoughts are not fragmented.

Therapist:  I am doing pretty well with the translation.  We talked a little bit about energy, and that the soul, being of energy, could not be destroyed. Does a soul experience something like reincarnations?

Zetas:  The souls often translate to other dimensions. In those other dimensions they may take on a physical form again, perhaps in a different form. This probably could be interpreted as ‘reincarnation.’ We often refer to it as renewal, but the meaning is the same.

COMPARING HUMAN AND ZETAN BELIEFS ABOUT SPIRITUALITY

Therapist: What do you believe about spirituality and higher spiritual forms?

Zetas:  We, too, believe in a higher spiritual being. Though you perceive our culture and perhaps see us as highly advanced, we are still, in many ways, asking the same fundamental questions.  As we gaze out upon the Universe and the stars, we see how the workings of the Universe came about. It only makes us wonder how this was created, as we observe the amazing ability of physics in the Universe. Part of our nature is to look coldly and objectively in a scientific manner. Still, there is a part of us that retains an ancient instinct to wonder what is beyond what we do not understand. We also find emotion infused into our concepts of what reality is for us. It often makes us wonder about a creator of the Universe, as well. We can empathize with the human need for this in whatever form humans wish to express their spirituality.

Therapist:  There is a spiritual concept that when human adventurers or explorers reach out for more knowledge, a spiritual entourage attaches to them so that they, too, may learn. Are you familiar with this concept?

Zetas:  The spirit’s desire to explore is a desire to celebrate life. This celebration is to learn all that one can learn and to explore the unknown. We, as spacefarers, embrace this concept. We would spiritually die if we did not have this desire to reach out to the stars.  In  reaching out  to  the  stars, we  reach out to other life, too. There are wonders to discover and learn about. In concert with this, to surround oneself with similar elements, in a spiritual way, would make much sense. For the bold, they take with them a spiritual protection against the unknown. This is a mysterious protection, not closed, but spiritually open to new ideas and concepts. The desire to explore and be in spiritual harmony makes sense.

Therapist:  What could you tell us about the afterlife of your species? Is it something that is co-created?

Zetas:  Co-created?

Therapist:  Yes. That would be where your thought forms and thought forms from another source unite, creating a type of environment for an afterlife, if that, in fact, occurs.

Zetas:  We believe in an afterlife, in a spiritual context and in a physical sense. We have an understanding that there is an infinite variety of dimensions in the physical Universe. This is both a scientific fact and a belief. In many beliefs, these become facts. We know that in the community of mind among our species the interconnectedness becomes more apparent when one passes on. Their identity leaves behind a lingering wake. Often, the loss is greater for those left behind than for the being that has passed on. This is true for you, too, is it not? They go to a higher place, a different place. With our telepathic abilities and the interconnectedness, this facilitates a greater understanding of what could be beyond. It is part of our belief system that beings transcend and continue in another place, on a different level. Additionally, like all forms of energy in the Universe, it transforms, once again. What you call souls, we believe we have souls, too. We have not discussed souls much, but we have often mentioned it. It is natural to assume that we each share these concepts. Aliens, as you refer to us, have souls, too. The term alien is transitory, too, from the unknown to becoming the familiar. I hope I have expressed it in an understandable way.

Therapist:  I think what I am hearing is that your belief is that the environment in the afterlife already exists. Is that correct?

Zetas: Yes. We often transcend to another dimension. This is where we cross over to another level of existence.

Therapist:  You are familiar with human beings when they take someone’s pulse. Can you tell us what your heart rate is per minute?

Zetas:  Our heart rate at rest is 90 to 120 beats per minute. It is rapid compared to humans.

Therapist:  I am surprised. I would have thought, with your longevity, your pulse rate would run slower.

Zetas:  This is due to our heart capacity being smaller than your heart capacity. It is of a design that has a number of redundancies. These redundancies contribute to our relative longevity. Where one chamber may become deficient, another will compensate. Two hearts in one may be one way to understand it. This design was genetically engineered and incorporated in our distant past.

Therapist:  Has your liver become smaller over time because your skin is respirating some of your waste?

Zetas:  Yes. The form of liver that we have stores sugars that are available to us in case our bodies require it. Our ‘liver-like’ organ, as you refer to it, is for both metabolizing and storage. It gives us added energy at certain times. It is not too dissimilar than humans. Humans also store sugars in their liver, as we understand human physiology, but perhaps not to the same extent.

Therapist:  Why did the Catholic Church invent the concept of saints?

Zetas:  In your religious history, there are many bureaucracies around your planet in various cultures. Frequently, there is a human need to control how God is seen. Concerning the concept of God and how it applies to the individual, often churches will act as intermediaries. Saints are sometimes created as part of this structure. This was to create a formality and structure in many religions. Saints are often created to honor the past works of those who have served God. This is how their works have been interpreted through history. Particularly in the Catholic Church, there were many ancient texts, religious books, Luke, Mark, John and others. Four main ones were decided upon in the early Christian Church. This was done to politically and spiritually unify the  early  Church.  As a result, other books that were as important, some of which have been recently discovered in Earth archaeology, have been excluded. This was due to the early decision made regarding how the Catholic Church and others would structure their theology. Perhaps, in a less mystical way, this may have also created this church as an impersonal intermediary when other views were to have a personal relationship with God. We have observed this in your culture.

Interview with Zetas during hypnotic session:

SUBJECT:  DETAILS OF ZETA  FOOD DIGESTION, ABDUCTION OF HUMANS TO SUPPLEMENT REPRODUCTIVE NEEDS FOR SOME ALIEN SPECIES, THE FOUR-CHAMBERED ZETA HEART

Therapist:  Concerning your glands, your heart, and your liver, would you care to talk to us about them?

Zetas:  We have to metabolize the food we eat. We still eat food and there are waste products. We often have to store these nutrients in various forms that the body makes for itself. In the basic elements there are fats and sugars that we metabolize. These are more plant fats, not animal fats. We are not carnivores.  We mainly have  vegetables and fruits  as our food sources. We respect those who need, perhaps, other sources for their diet. Our sources are sufficient for us. Our bodies are able to metabolize these. We have certain digestive organs. Our reproductive organs become less important due to our other form of artificial reproduction. Many species who also follow this form of reproduction will sometimes abduct humans to supplement their genetic stock from species genetically similar to them that follow the more natural forms of reproduction.

Therapist:  Can’t they just use the genetic material without using the human surrogate?

Zetas:   For purposes of hybridization, a surrogate is often required. For genetic material alone, often a surrogate is not needed. At times, certain ova and sperm are taken and genetically altered to suit the needs of the species who need to maintain their ability to be a viable species in their continuing existence.

Therapist:  What about your heart? How does that compare to the human heart?

Zetas:   We have heart organs. Our heart has a different number of chambers. We do have a circulatory and lymphatic system similar to humans. These organs are in a different, but similar location in the chest area. We have a sternum and a kind of rib bone framework that protects the heart and lung areas, much like humans do. Our hearts have reduced and changed in their capacity from our early evolution when we were more bird- like, and we needed to respirate more. Our heart rate no longer requires as high a rate of respiration as it did in the past. Our bodies, in comparison to humans, may seem more frail. Our current hearts are well suited to our present state of evolution.
