SUNDAY, OCTOBER 21, 2018 - ALIEN CONTACT AND EXCHANGE

THE ZETA SHARE REMARKABLE INSIGHTS ABOUT THEIR VIEWS ON DYING, REINCARNATION, AND BIRTH. THE BEAUTY OF DEATH:  RENEWAL, GREAT RELEASE, AND EXPANSION.

Visit our webpage at www.aliensanswer.com. Meet the beings from Zeta Reticuli I in the Constellation Reticulum. Contact has been made. Many interviews have been held with themTHESE EXCHANGES ARE NON-FICTION. Exchanges occur between Hypnotherapist  Mary Barr and Zetas (Han, Zestra, and Gen) by using a deeply-induced client, Steve Reichmuth, as the telepathic conduit. Full transcripts of these many sessions are recorded verbatim in two books:   Aliens Answer and Aliens Answer II  at www.amazon.com.

Therapist:  We talked a little bit about re-birth memories. You had a memory about a previous life, a very pleasant one.  Do you have a pre-birth memory of making a decision to come into a physical form, become incarnate, either as an individual or as a group decision?

Zetas:  We are no different from humans in occupying a physical body.  We know that these bodies are merely vessels for our souls.  They are temporary parking places.  Our souls, and the energies that surround them, are part of this process.  The attachment to the physical body is transitory from one physical life to the next.  The bodies provide an anchor in this reality for these souls and spirits.  I remember, at times, with your help, previous lives.  Also, the interweaving of our culture of many minds helps to magnify this.  We see, because of our connections with others, the first instantaneous seconds of consciousness and breath and we also see the parting of souls as they pass on to other levels and existences.  As the breath ceases the energy of souls is released and they move on.  Due to our telepathic abilities, we can clearly see this.

Therapist:  Especially in the exiting process, you can be aware of when you are going to leave.  I would have to think that coming in would be the same kind of process.

Zetas: In your culture, you feel that when you die, you are alone.  When you are brought into life, you also feel that you are alone.  However, in our culture, we know this is not the case both for you as well as for us.  We have the benefit of many connected minds and there is a special bond and insight of others as they move on that you do not yet enjoy.  It is with happiness and assurance that you are not alone in transition.

Therapist:  I assume that you are referring to mankind in general.  I personally do not feel alone.

Zetas:  Nor should you.  But some may feel that.

Therapist:  I think many people feel alone.

Zetas:  They do not have anything to fear.  That is why Steve is taken aback at the moment.  We all have a fear of the unknown. However, we know more clearly than you do that there is nothing to fear.  It is a time of renewal and of great release and expansion.

Therapist:  Do you have a memory of making a request to incarnate?

Han, the Zeta:  I remember, in a previous life on my planet, we lived a long time, compared to you.  There is a conscious effort in which we try to direct where our souls will go as they are about to pass.  We bequeath our souls to infinity.  We do not do this selfishly.  We know our view is limited, compared to what is on the other side and, often, what we would wish for on the other side would be too confining for us.  We would underestimate spiritual life.  We find that what we hope for and what actually results exceeds our expectations of fulfillment.  I sometimes feel past lives in me, other roles I performed than my current role as an ambassador.  I am fascinated and gratified at what I am able to vaguely see.

Therapist:  You may be aware that I talk to people and can intuitively pick up on spirits and their messages. Quite often spirits will tell me how surprised they are, that life on the other side is not at all what they were expected, except for certain small circumstances.  They remark on how much greater life is.  If they have strong beliefs, they are often temporarily put in a setting that validates their beliefs and then they are gradually moved to a higher, broader awareness.

Zetas:  That is a good example of why, eventually, they should not confine their expectations.

Therapist:  That is the secret:  Release expectations.

Zetas:  They should try to have a fervent hope and not confine themselves to certain dogmas that could be confining.  In time, a fuller, clear picture will emerge.  Naturally, you said, it is not what they expect, but they are not disappointed.

Therapist:  Oh, no!  They are not disappointed.
